Paul's Journal - Four Months Post Surgery

I can't believe is now 4 months since I had my lapband inserted. The time just seems to have flown!

As of this morning I have reached another milestone. I have now lost over 25kg and weigh 139.8kg. I've lost one third of my excess weight and feel great.

I've gone from 142cm trousers to 122cm and have had all my shirts taken in twice.

Aside from all the health improvements, I've got heaps more energy and am starting to attract attention from the opposite sex again!

All going well I hope to lose another 45kg by the end of the year which will take me under 100kg for the first time in a decade.
